Where are we located?

Dock Hardware is located in Rochester, NY.  All of our manufacturing is done at our warehouse.

What is our Return Policy

We stand behind our products and will gladly accept your returned merchandise in its original condition.

We charge a 25% re-stocking fee for returned product.

Shipping Large Products and/or Large Quantities

Large products, such as our floats sized greater than 24″x48″x12″, can not be shipped via  UPS.  Therefore, it is necessary for us to send these via truck on a pallet at an additional cost to the customer.  Unfortunately, our website does not offer a tool that can account for this price, as every location is different and requires us to get a unique quote from an over-the-road carrier.

In some cases, such as large quantity orders, it is beneficial to the customer for us to palletize the order.  UPS has weight limits that restrict our ability to efficiently fill the order and ship economically.

In the event that we are unable to send the customer’s order via UPS, we will follow-up on the order with an email stating the additional cost of shipping.
