What is our Return Policy

We stand behind our products and will gladly accept your returned merchandise in its original condition.

We charge a 25% re-stocking fee for returned product.

Shipping Large Products and/or Large Quantities

Large products cannot can not be shipped via FedEx.  Therefore, it is necessary for us to send these via truck on a pallet at an additional cost to the customer.  Unfortunately, our website does not offer a tool that can account for this price, as every location is different and requires us to get a unique quote from an over-the-road carrier.

In some cases, such as large quantity orders, it is beneficial to the customer for us to palletize the order.  Package carriers have weight limits that restrict our ability to efficiently fill the order and ship economically.

We will follow-up on the order with an email stating the additional cost of shipping.

Why did my package come via USPS rather than FEDEX?

FedEx is our default rate calculator, but at our discretion we may choose to send via USPS unless we are explicitly told otherwise.  Also, orders placed with a PO Box as a ship to will ship via USPS.

What is included with your dock kits?

Our kits are just the hardware and floats.

You will need to buy your own framing lumber and decking boards.

Each kit provides stringer hardware for a support every 2′ if you are running your decking boards in the long direction.  Different premium decking requires more support beams, so more hardware may be needed.

We provide 12″ floats, but the actual size/type may change depending on current stock.
