The Galvanized Dock in a Box DH-GDIAB is a complete DIY floating dock kit designed for anyone looking to build a strong, custom floating dock frame up to 16 feet long. Built from ¼-inch hot-dip galvanized steel, this kit combines heavy-duty strength with long-term corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for both saltwater and freshwater dock projects.

What’s in the Box?
Each kit comes with all the galvanized steel hardware needed to assemble a durable dock frame:

4 × DH-E Outside Corners (10.25" legs , 5" height) – Heavy-duty brackets that secure and reinforce the outer edges of the dock.

4 × DH-IN Inside Corners (8.5” × 5”) – Strengthens the internal dock framework for stability. Paired with the DH-E gives a more secure connection with pre-punched 9/16″ slotted bolt holes sized for 1/2″ bolts for a universal fit.

6 × DH-A Dock Angles (2-13/16” legs, 5” height) – Provide reliable support for stringers and cross sections.

12 × DH-W Washer Plates (1.5” × 5”) – Distribute load evenly across connections, reducing stress on the dock frame.

56 × GCB-1230 Carriage Bolt Sets (½″ × 3″) – Includes bolts, washers, and nuts for secure assembly.
Note: Floats are not included in this kit. This allows you the flexibility to choose the flotation system that best suits your dock project.
