Do you really manufacture in the USA?

Yes — all of our standard ¼″ and heavy-duty ⅜″ galvanized & stainless lines are made here in the United States by skilled American fabricators. However, some smaller accessories (like dock cleats) can’t be cost-effectively produced domestically, so those are sourced offshore.

What materials do you use?

  • Standard line: ¼″ hot-dip galvanized steel
  • Heavy-duty line: ⅜″ hot-dip galvanized steel
  • Saltwater line: 316 stainless steel

These are the same specs we’ve built docks with for decades — no shortcuts.

What’s the difference between galvanized and stainless?

  • Galvanized: Best for freshwater docks. Coating protects against rust, cost-effective, long-lasting.

  • 316 Stainless: Required for saltwater docks. Superior corrosion resistance in brackish and coastal environments.

Do your kits include everything I need?

Yes. Depending on the kit, you may need to source lumber and floats separately. Please read descriptions thoroughly.

How long does the hardware last?

With proper installation:

  • Galvanized parts: 15–20+ years in freshwater.

  • Stainless parts: 20–30+ years in saltwater.
The real limit is usually the wood decking, not the hardware.

Can I order custom parts?

We focus on our proven product line for reliability and stocking, but we do custom jobs on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with details.

What’s your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Large kits or freight orders may take longer to palletize and schedule.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, if you’re near Rochester, NY. Select “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
