We stand behind every Dock Hardware product. If something isn’t right, our straightforward 30-day return policy makes it easy to get it resolved quickly.

We want you to be confident in your order. Dock Hardware accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when they were shipped.

• Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage).

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
