Installation Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or installer to ensure that the final design, materials, and methods used are structurally sound and appropriate for the intended environment.

If you are unsure about how to install a product, seek advice from a qualified builder, engineer, or contractor. Dock Hardware is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper assembly, installation, or use.

Load Ratings & Environmental Conditions

Any load ratings, material specifications, or dimensional data provided are for general reference only. Actual performance can vary depending on installation technique, supporting structure, corrosion, impact, fatigue, and other environmental factors. Regular inspection and maintenance are required to ensure long-term safety.

Limitation of Liability

Dock Hardware, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of its products. By purchasing or using our products, the buyer agrees to hold Dock Hardware harmless against all claims related to installation, performance, or product suitability.

No Warranties or Guarantees

Except as required by law, all products are sold “as is” and without express or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dock Hardware makes no guarantees regarding compatibility or performance in any specific application.

Limited 30-Day Warranty

Dock Hardware stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, environmental conditions, or normal wear.

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase. Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, but it does not extend any liability beyond the cost of the original product.
