Send us your drawings. We'll quote against what you're paying now.

We fabricate marine hardware in bulk for dock builders, marinas, and OEMs — hot-dip galvanized or 316 stainless, made to your specs or matched from a sample part. Domestic production means no import duties, no container delays, and no six-week wait to find out your order slipped.

Already have a supplier?

Send the drawing and what you're paying. We'll tell you straight whether we can beat it — and if we can't, we'll say so rather than waste your time.

We manufacture domestically and still compete on price. Add the lead time on top — parts made here rather than shipped from overseas — and most builders find the switch pays twice.

Why builders bring work here

Made in Rochester

We cut, punch, press, and weld in our own shop, and galvanize locally. No import duties, no container delays, no supply chain between you and the part.

Built for volume

Production by the pallet or the truckload, with fixture-based repeatability so part number 400 matches part number one.

Manufacturing background

Our owner spent twenty-five years in Rochester precision manufacturing before running this shop — tool and die work, where a part off by a few thousandths is scrap.

Materials, finishes, and QA

Materials

1/4 inch and 3/8 inch steel, and 316 stainless. Thickness matched to your load and installation requirements rather than to whatever we happen to stock.

Finishes

Hot-dip galvanizing for long-term corrosion resistance in fresh water. Stainless pickled and passivated. Where a part is going into salt water we'll say so and quote it in 316 — molybdenum is what resists chloride pitting, and 304 doesn't have any.

Quality and traceability

Fixture-based repeatability, documented checks through the run, and sample approval before we go to production. You see a part before we make four hundred of them.

How it works

  • Send your specsDrawings, photos, or a sample part. Include quantities and your target lead time.
  • Review and quoteWe confirm tolerances, material, and galvanizing, flag anything that will cause trouble in production, and quote.
  • Sample approvalOptional pre-production sample so you can check fit and finish before committing to the run.
  • Production and deliveryPalletized, labeled, and shipped. Repeat scheduling available if you want the same part on a standing order.
